How it will work for us

Inspired by the GIF It Up Challenge, we will hold our own challenge. Your GIF source material must be from the Library of Congress Photo Collection. Then:
  1. Resize image to be no more than 540 pixels wide.
  2. Follow instructions for how to make an animated GIF image with GIMP.
  3. Upload your GIF & cite your source.
